By Andy’s own admission these are only made once a year at their house because they are sooooo good they cannot stop eating them. Try the recipe and let me know how you like it.
What You Need to Make Cornflake Peanut Butter Balls
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 6 Cups Cornflakes
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
- Melt the sugar and the corn syrup on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring often.
- Add the peanut butter and continue to stir often until melted.
- Remove from heat and add Vanilla.
- Next, add the cornflakes
- Let the mixture cool long enough to be able to roll into balls by hand.
