Coconut isn’t just delicious—it’s nourishing, versatile, and full of natural goodness. Whether you’re using flaked coconut, coconut oil, or even coconut flour, you’re adding something special to your baking. Here’s why coconut deserves a spot in your cookie jar:

Coconut contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), a type of fat your body uses quickly for energy. These fats may also help with metabolism and satiety.
✅ Gut and Immune Support
Lauric acid in coconut offers antimicrobial properties that support gut health and boost your immune system.
✅ Naturally Gluten-Free (if desired)
You can substitute coconut flour for regular flour in some recipes for a gluten-free twist—just be mindful of ratios and added moisture.
✅ Adds Texture & Flavor
Shredded or flaked coconut adds a rich, chewy texture and sweet, tropical flavor that pairs perfectly with oats, chocolate, or citrus.
