Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies, This recipe is famously made every year by my friend Karen Riley. Her family has a cookie baking day and they make tray after tray of cookies. Looks like so much fun. This recipe sounds like it would be a family favorite year after year. Peanut butter and snickers, how could you go wrong with that combination?

What You Will Need

Peanut Butter ½ C

Granulated Sugar ½ C

Brown Sugar ½ C

Margarine ½ Cup

1 Egg

1 ½ C Flour

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

Mini Snickers

Preheat The Oven

You should Preheat your Oven to 375 degrees

Make the Dough

In a medium-size bowl Mix Together:

Peanut Butter ½ C

Sugar ½ C

Brown Sugar ½ C

1 Egg

Then Add

1 ½ C Flour

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Prepare To Bake

Flatten about 1 tsp of dough in the palm of the hand and wrap around Snickers.

Place on a cookie sheet, I suggest preparing your cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Bake at 375 for 3 Minutes.

Make Criss-Cross Fork Design

Bake for 3 more minutes

Let sit for one minute

Move to a wire rack to cool

Variations
