Ultimate Ooey Gooey Brownies

Ultimate ooey gooey brownies with vanilla ice cream is one of, if not the best dessert I have ever had. I myself love brownies. My grandson Justin loves my brownies. When he was little he would always say that my brownies were the best. My brownies and my pancakes. He always wanted to know why. I told him I had a secret ingredient. One day he told me he figured out my secret ingredient. I asked what it was and he said it was ‘Love’. He made me cry. But of course, I agreed. As time went on he grew up and was less easily impressed, but he still loves my brownies.

This is a new Brownie recipe and I can’t wait to share it with him. Of course my husband Joe will get to try it first to see if it is any good. It has to pass the Gpa test before I can pass it on to the grandkids.

Ultimate Ooey Gooey Brownies and fine wine

So here we go.

Ultimate Ooey Gooey Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon oil, you can use Olive oil, Coconut oil, Sunflower Oil
  • 1 1/8 cups white granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder

How To Put It All Together

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking oil spray or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Combine the melted butter, it works better if the butter is hot, oil, and sugar together in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk well for about a minute. Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat for another full minute.
  4. Sift in the flour, Hershey cocoa, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do Not over mix
  5. Pour batter into your prepared pan, and smooth out the top evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or if testing with a toothpick the toothpick should come out dirty.
  7. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before slicing into 16 brownies
  8. Serve warm with ice cream.
